Top Player Rankings 4.0
Top 175 player Rankings
2024 NFL DRAFT
With a month left until the draft let's get our latest big board out, my Top 175 Prospects for this year's draft. The top is relatively unchanged with maybe a small flip here or there but players in the Top 32 have been fairly static.
Across the rest of the list, there have been risers and fallers to different degrees. Some guys that I was heavily projecting just did not show they had the athletic profile to make that jump seem tangible. Some guys flipped spots down or up their position rankings due to stellar performances at pro days that helped set them apart. My biggest focus throughout this month is to not have the Brain Branch 2.0 in this draft class. Let the tape speak and the numbers tweak.
A couple of players worth mentioning with lower RAS scores that I am still high on and need some love rather than hate are:
Tyler Nubin: He has shown over two seasons that he can play high-quality football and has a deep understanding of the game. Furthermore, he is coming off a knee injury that is working against him during these tests. I am not pounding the table for Nubin in the first round, but he is still SAF1 and an early day-two prospect for me.
Ennis Rakestraw: Another player who has shown he can play good football against the best programs out there. We knew he was smaller with a lighter frame for the outside role, so why is that persuading us differently now? The guy has that dawg in him and still needs to be viewed as one of the better corners in the DEEP class.
T'Vondre Sweat: The man is a mammoth, you're not expecting him to be Aaron Donald 2.0, you're expecting him to be a wall that running backs cannot knock over. He checks all of the boxes to show that he can do that and even a touch more.
With that said check out my top 175 below. As always, please feel free to message me on X, @NFLDraft_Westen, with your thoughts, arguments, and complaints on players I have too high, too low, or outside of the list.
Until next time, prost!
